I recently had two visits from the team over at ClimateMax and it was a dream. The relationship started with Carmen reaching out to me and setting up the service appointment. Her communication skills are the best in the game. She listened to my concerns and properly communicated the messages to the appropriate people. She was always on top of making sure I knew what was going on, updating me every step of the way. Also, as the voice of the company, she's so friendly and pleasant! Next up is my service technician, Tommy! Aside from seeming very knowledgeable and proficient in his field, he was kind and respectful when entering my home. You could tell he really cared about making I was comfortable with him being in the house and understood everything that was going on. He made sure to explain everything in terms I could understand as well as answering any and all questions I had. I was already impressed with him, but this was my favorite part: On Tommy's second visit, I wasn't present and instead had a female in the home. Tommy treated her and spoke to her in the exact same manner he did me. He won HUGE points from me for not treating her differently because she's a female- always something that I worry about in the service industry. This company really treated me well and am confident that they have resolved my issues, as well as have my back in the future, just in case! HVAC problems are always stressful, but Carmen and Tommy really went out of their way to make this easy for me. I will recommend ClimateMax to anyone and everyone I possible can.
